WED: I ran 4km during ytd's PE! wow it's the longest distance i have run (and walked) in my life!
Jean, vanisha and i ran/jogged/walked tgt! Gillian couldnt take PE and the rest we so much ahead of us!
THURS: PE- weight training, jumping jacks, jumping, lunges...the things we did were hilarious and we laughed till our stomachs hurt so bad. having muscle aches now.
